1. Set reasonable expectations - You will always want to set new expectations and challenges for yourself at any point of time in life, therefore resulting in stress. Avoid work overload and set reasonable goals for yourself. Learn to get the headstart and choose your path but avoid causing too much stress... 
2. Accept what's beyond your control -  Learn how to handle stressful situations in a most efficient and smart ways by recognising where your stress is coming from... Don't penalize yourself for always being stuck in a rut... You must understand that life is trying to teach you something and not to harm you...
3. Give yourself time to relax - Take a bath, work out, turn off your phone, buy yourself flowers and get a good night sleep.
4. Open up to people about your feelings - Don't be perfect or unique. Embrace your flaws and teach yourself how to love by listening and getting help from others. The world is better with you around...
5. Step back and put the problem in perspective - Learn how to relax and slow down and teach your brain how to think clearly in stressful situations. Be strong and independent. Be a leader and make a positive impact to those around you and make a better world for our children.

Welcome to another beauty haul blogpost! What have you been up to on this Aprils' fool day? I am looking for a job and resting at home! Hope everything is going smoothly for you...

Just wanna share my beauty haul for the new year with my readers! Basically recently I've been purchasing cheap but good drugstore beauty products instead of more expensive high-end ones. Therefore saving money and did I mention saves time cause there are plenty of drugstores conveniently located in the heartland!

And I'm really glad all these merchants are stepping up their game to attract consumers to buy their products by re-branding and repackaging to suit the consumers! 

Just a big shoutout to them for the good job and let us consumers be happy with more choices cause its tailored to us! Well done!

Today I'm gonna reccommend my readers a beauty product from Japan which is the Minon Amino Moist Clear Wash Powder!

Initially, I have no idea what this beauty product does.... But after reading the packaging carefully, I realized it's supposed to removes dead skins and exfoliate your skin! I was immediately interested in this beauty product and bought it at a retail price of $20++ from Welcia-BHG.

It says on the packaging:

• Gently exfoliates and removes blackheads and dead skin cells
• Prepares skin for better penetration and working of skincare products and makes your skin feel smooth
• Contains botanical amino-acid based cleansing ingredients
• Leaves skin moist, smooth and silky after cleansing

Contains 9 types of hydrating amino acids that penetrate into the stratum corneum to replenish moisture, which strenghthens the skin and protects skin from external irritation

2 types of clarifying amino acids that fills your skin with moisture to leave it healthier and more beautiful, acheiving smooth textured, resilient and luster skin that you can see, touch and feel

Verdict: I was initially skeptical about this innovative product. I mean I'm not sure about using what looks like baking soda on my face! But after using it, I was sold! It leaves my skin feeling softer and smoother after just once usage! The only thing I don't like about this product is the smell. It does not have a nice smell like other beauty products! I mean you can use a facial brush which you can buy at Daiso to work the powder better into the skin! And you can use it once or twice a week in your beauty routine! I give it 7.5/10! I definitely reccommend you to try this product!
