Blueberries are known to be a very powerful superfood which contains anti-oxidants. Although it is not cheap, the health benefits of blueberries weigh much more than its cons...
My mother usually blend the frozen blueberries with dairy milk and let us drink it... Did I mentioned I love it! Taste like smoothies and very yummy.
My skin looks radiant and less dull. And there's lesser breakouts after drinking the blueberries smoothies... lol
