Simple Japanese shabu shabu curry rice right at home!
Ingredients:
- Shabu shabu
- 2 large potatoes (cut into cubes)
- 1 carrot (cut into cubes)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- Japanese curry cubes
- Rice (cooked)
Directions:
- Boil the potatoes and carrot
- Stir-fry the onions in a wok
- Add shabu shabu, cooked potatoes and carrot
- Add japanese curry cubes and water
- Mixed well and simmer
- Served over cooked rice
