TIPS FOR MANAGING STRESS


  1. Set reasonable expectations - You will always want to set new expectations and challenges for yourself at any point of time in life, therefore resulting in stress. Avoid work overload and set reasonable goals for yourself. Learn to get the headstart and choose your path but avoid causing too much stress... 
  2. Accept what's beyond your control -  Learn how to handle stressful situations in a most efficient and smart ways by recognising where your stress is coming from... Don't penalize yourself for always being stuck in a rut... You must understand that life is trying to teach you something and not to harm you...
  3. Give yourself time to relax - Take a bath, work out, turn off your phone, buy yourself flowers and get a good night sleep.
  4. Open up to people about your feelings - Don't be perfect or unique. Embrace your flaws and teach yourself how to love by listening and getting help from others. The world is better with you around...
  5. Step back and put the problem in perspective - Learn how to relax and slow down and teach your brain how to think clearly in stressful situations. Be strong and independent. Be a leader and make a positive impact to those around you and make a better world for our children.
