MY LIFE DIARIES #14

Having kopi and toast with my sis!

Especially went to Bugis to get this shokupan. It costs like $2,50 per piece. I refrigerate it and took it out to thaw the next day... Still very chewy and fresh. The portion is great for having tea break at home!

Chilling at

FOOD REVIEWS: LONG SEN HOKKIEN PRAWN MEE AT BUKIT GOMBAK

Hi there!

Today I'm going to review about this hidden gem at Bukit Gombak!

This hokkien mee stall is located in a coffeeshop which is a stone throw away from the MRT!

I've been patronizing coffeeshops for meals instead of going to cafes which are more expensive... Having my lunch or dinners at the coffeeshop is a cheaper alternative as I'm trying to tighten my purse-string...

Back to the food, this hokkien mee is cooked al dente. And the sambal chilli add a tangy sweetness to the noodles!

It costs $5 per plate which is considered very affordable.

It is the best hokkien mee I've tried so far in the west of Singapore.

This coffeeshop also house famous stalls selling claypot congee and prawn noodles soup!

I give their hokkien mee a 8.5/10! A definite must try!!!
