1. She makes time for herself - I always make sure to make time to pamper myself with a bubble bath, massages or facial once in a while.
2. She challenges herself - I always make sure to set reasonable goals and milestones for myself along the way...
3. She educates herself - I always make sure to make time for some reading and go for courses to upgrade myself in order to improve my knowledge and put them into good use to help others and myself.
4. She understands guilt, acknowledges it and moves on - Everybody makes mistakes so it's ok if you have made a blunder. Just recognized your failures and moved on!
5. She knows healthy doesn't mean always going to the gym - I no longer have time and energy for gym... Instead I do yoga at home or go jogging at the park which is more convenient and money-saving!
6. She is financially savvy - I know how to manage my money and scrimp and save on whatever I can!
7. She smiles - Try not to show your weakness to others, always recognized your disappointments and moved on.
8. She can step away from her job and have a life outside of her workplace - I am proud to say I'm not considered to be a workaholic, I enjoyed my own personal life other than my work!
9. She sets herself goals and keep track of them - I enjoy challenging myself to new things and step out of my comfort zone!
10. She celebrates wins, both big and small - Whenever I accomplish something, I make sure to celebrate by going out for dinner or have some wine with my family!
11. She helps others through selfless acts of kindness - Always lend a helping hand to others, you could be the one to change the world!
