HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN AND EGG MAYO SANDWICH

 


Ingredients:
1 piece chicken breast - diced
2 hard boiled eggs 
4 slices bread
mayonnaise
1/2 lemon
lettuce
tomatoes - sliced
black pepper

Directions:

- Boiled the chicken breast in hot water until cooked. Add the cooked chicken cubes, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a container.

- Smashed the eggs in a separate container. Add mayonnaise and black pepper.

- Mixed well for both

- Line the bread with lettuce and tomatoes.

- Add chicken breast and egg mayo on top.

- Cut into halves and served

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE FONDUE

So let's not waste anymore time and get right down to it!

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate

Whipping cream

Honey

Vanilla essence

Strawberries

Bananas

Marshmellows


Directions:

- Melt the chocolate in a small pot 

- Add whipping cream/honey/vanilla essence 

- Combine the ingredients and mixed well

- Wait until all the chocolates are melted

- Served with skewers

HOW TO MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS


Hi there!

Today I wanna teach you how to make your very own fluffy scrambled eggs for breakfast!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
6 tbsp water/milk
salt
black pepper
olive oil

Directions:
- Whisk eggs/water/salt/black pepper together

- Pour mixture into heated pan

- Fry until cooked

- Served

Note: You can make your own continental breakfast by adding tomatoes, bacons, baked beans and sausages!

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE VEGGIE SOUP

 


Quick and Easy Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
1 large Tomato diced
1 large onion diced
3 cloves garlic chopped
3 stalks celery diced
carrot diced
1 litter veggie stock
2 tbsp tomato puree
Ground black pepper


Directions:

- Heat some olive oil in large pot

- Add tomatoes/onions/garlic/carrot/celery and stir-fry in the pot

- Cook til soften

- Add veg stock

- Add 2 tbsp tomato puree

- Bring to boil

- Simmer for 20 min

- Season with black pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE THAI BASIL RICE WITH EGG

 


Ingredients:
1 packet of chye sim
1 packet minced pork/chicken
2 red chillies - diced
oyster sauce
fish sauce
dark soya sauce
minced garlic
1 plate rice - cooked
1 egg - fried

Directions:

- Fry minced meat with garlic, diced chillies and vegetables

- Add in sauces

- Stir fry for 10 mins

- Served with rice and egg

HOW TO MAKE FETTUCINI WITH BACON

 


Ingredients: (served 4)
1 packed fettucini (cooked)
4 slices back bacons (diced and fried)
4 egg yolks
Olive oil
Butter
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions:
- Cooked diced bacons in olive oil and butter
- Add 1 egg yolk, cooked bacons, grated cheese, salt & pepper and a dash of olive oil to cooked pasta
- Mixed well the ingredients with pasta while pasta is hot

HOW TO MAKE JAPANESE CURRY RICE

 

Simple Japanese shabu shabu curry rice right at home!

Ingredients:

- Shabu shabu 

- 2 large potatoes (cut into cubes)

- 1 carrot (cut into cubes)

- 1 large onion (sliced)

- Japanese curry cubes

- Rice (cooked)


Directions:

- Boil the potatoes and carrot

- Stir-fry the onions in a wok

- Add shabu shabu, cooked potatoes and carrot

- Add japanese curry cubes and water

- Mixed well and simmer

- Served over cooked rice

HOW TO MAKE SPICY CHICKEN ITALIAN RICE

 Hi there!

Today I'm gonna teach you how to make spicy chicken jambalaya!


Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts - diced
1 red pepper - diced
2 red chillies - sliced
1 large onion - sliced
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 large tomato - diced
Tomato paste
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
Cumin
Chicken stock
Olive oil
Long grain rice
Salt & pepper

Directions:
- Pour olive oil into a large saucepan.
- Then add garlic and onion. 
- Add diced chicken breasts, chillies and spices and fry until cooked
- Add in diced tomato and red pepper
- Fry for a further minute
- Add in chicken stock, tomato paste and rice
- Bring to boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked
- Add salt and pepper
- Served

HOW TO MAKE CHEESY MELTY TOAST

 


Ingredients:
2 slices bread (plain or whole grain)
1 slice kraft cheese
raspberry/strawberry jam
unsalted butter

Directions:
- Spread the exterior of the bread with butter evenly
- Spread one side of the bread with jam
- Line cheese on top
- Place the exterior of the bread on a heated pan 
- Squashed the bread onto the pan and let it grilled until charred on one side
- Flip and grilled on the other side
- Cut into half and served

Note: You can used bacons instead of jam to get a savoury cheesy toast recipe

HOW TO MAKE ROAST CHICKEN

 

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
Italian herbs
Honey
Star anise
Cinnamon sticks
1 Lemon
Olive oil

Directions:
- Preheat oven at 180 deg celsius
- Stuff the inside of the chicken with cinnamon sticks and star anise
- Brush the whole chicken with olive oil and honey
- Drizzle italian herbs and lemon over chicken
- Cooked in oven for 45 mins
- Served

HOW TO MAKE ICED CHOCOCINO

 


THINGS YOU NEED:
Nescafe Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine
1 brown Nescafe Chococino capsule
1 white milk capsule
1 tbsp sugar
1 mason glass jar
ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Firstly, extract 1 brown chococino capsule using the coffee machine until the jar is 1/4 full
  2. Next, extract 1 white milk capsule until the jar is 3/4 full
  3. Add sugar and stir well
  4. Add ice cubes and served with straw

Ingredients:
Spam
Hotdogs
Enoki mushrooms
Wild mushrooms
Toufu
Baked beans
Kimchi
Instant ramen noodles
Chicken stock
Gochujang
Chilli flakes

Directions:
  1. Cut and sliced all the ingredients and placed them neatly into a shallow pot
  2. Add chicken stock and gochujang into the pot and bring to boil
  3. Add ramen and chilli flakes
  4. Served

HOW TO MAKE CLASSIC POTATO SALAD~


Ingredients:
3 large potatoes - Diced
2 hard boiled eggs - Sliced
Bacon bits
Mayonnaise
black pepper

Directions:
- Cooked potatoes in boiling water for 20-30 minutes
- Strained and peeled cooked potatoes and leaved aside
- Add potatoes, eggs and bacon into a large salad bowl
- Add mayonnaise and mixed well
- Served

HOW TO MAKE MACARONI AND CHEESE


Ingredients:
2 cups Elbow macaroni
Cheddar cheese
Evaporated milk
Salt and black pepper
2 cups water

Directions:
- Add macaroni, water and salt in the rice cooker and cooked for 30 minutes
- Add milk, cheese and pepper to the cooked macaroni
- Cooked for another 15 minutes until cheese melted
- Stir and mixed well
- Served

HOW TO MAKE PRAWN AGLIO OLIO~


Hi there! Today I'm gonna teach you how to make this delicious pasta. It has a fanciful name called Aglio Olio with Shrimps... I found this recipe after watching Jamie Oliver... Lol~ Let's waste no more time and get down to it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet spaghetti
Fresh prawns
Paprika
Italian herbs
Black pepper
Chopped garlic
Olive oil
Grated cheese

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Boil spaghetti until cooked in hot water
  2. Strained and put aside
  3. Fry prawns with garlic and olive oil in frying pan
  4. Add paprika, pepper and herbs
  5. Fry until cooked
  6. Pour olive oil and herbs over spaghetti
  7. Place prawns on top of spaghetti
  8. Add cheese and served

ONE BIG ONION-SLICED
ONE TOMATO-DICED

DIRECTIONS:
COOK CHICKEN BREAST IN BOILING WATER
COMBINE ONIONS, TOMATOES AND CHICKEN IN A CONTAINER
ADD MAYONNAISE AND MIXED WELL
PLACE INGREDIENTS ON WRAPS AND WRAPPED WELL
CUT INTO HALF AND SERVED

HOW TO MAKE KOREAN CRISPY CHICKEN (DAKGANGJEONG)~


Hi there! Today I'm gonna show you how to cooked delicious korean crispy chicken or the koreans call it dakgangjeong. It's pretty time-saving to cook it as long as you have the patience or have 45 mins or 1 hour to spare. Let's get into it now!

Ingredients:
Chicken wings
All-purpose flour
Starch flour
Grapeseed oil
Mustard
Oyster sauce
Brown sugar
Vinegar
Red chillies - sliced
Nuts (optional)

Directions:
  1. Make a batter for both flour combined together using water
  2. Dip chicken wings into batter and fry til golden brown using grapeseed oil
  3. Strained and put aside
  4. Prepare the sauce
  5. Add oyster sauce, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and chillies
  6. Fry chicken wings and covered it in sauce 
  7. Decorate with peanuts and served

Ingredients:
Lettuce
1 hard boiled egg - sliced
1 tomato - diced
1/2 japanese cucumber - sliced
1 can tuna flakes in water
Thousand island sauce

Directions:
Line lettuce in a salad bowl
Add tomato, cucumber, tuna and egg on top of lettuce
Served with sauce
