BEAUTY REVIEWS: JUDYDOLL FRESH MATTE CUSHION

Hi there!

Today I'm going to review about this BB cushion from Judydoll!

Judydoll is a popular beauty brand founded in 2017 in Shanghai China.

I bought this bb cushion in beige from Watsons for less than $25. It comes in a pretty pink packaging!

It consists of centella asiatica, chamomile extract, tea leaf extract and rosemary extract. It comes with SPF50 PA ++ and it's matte.

When I apply it on my face, it gives a velvety smooth finish which I really like...

But although it says it's matte, when I use an oil blotter on my face after 1 hour it's still oily...

So I only give this product a 8.5/10! Still highly reccomended and worth a try!

That's all! Cya!

Beauty Reviews: Tsubaki Shampoo Premium Moist & Repair Camellia Hair Shampoo 450ml

Hi there!

Today I'm gonna review about this shampoo from Tsubaki!

I first notice and tried it roughly 10 years ago when it was very popular among a lot of beauty enthusiasts! I decided to try it again 10 years later when it relaunch with a new packaging!

It retails at $17.50 at Unity Pharmacy.

The content of the shampoo gives out a nice camellia scent and it has a rich creamy texture.

I pumped it twice instead of 3 times (for other shampoos) but the lathering is still very foamy...

Hair feels soft and moisturized after 2 to 3 usage!

I give this beauty product only a 7.5/10 as it's a little on the pricey side.

That's all for my review for today. Take care! See ya!

FOOD REVIEWS: THE WHALE TEA

Hi there!

Today I'd like to review about this new bubble tea chain in Singapore call The Whale Tea!

I ordered their signature Classic Brown Sugar Boba Milk tea for $5.70.

Their tea is of very good quality! I'd recommend you to order their roasted version instead of classic version which has a stronger aromatic roasted tea taste...

The brown sugar is nicely caramelized and the pearls are nice and chewy.

They currently have 5 outlets in Singapore. I'm glad I found this new bubble tea chain instead of the usual suspects like iTea, LiHo, Gong Cha and Koi...

I give their bubble tea a 8.5/10! A definite must-try!

FOOD REVIEWS: KOPI KORNER AT SUNSHINE PLACE

Hi there!

Today  wanna recommend a newly renovated cafe near my house!

And that's Kopi Korner at Choa Chu Kang! The place is clean and cozy.

We ordered the breakfast set $6.80 and Honey Teh-O $3.50 from a very friendly Malay staff.

Their menu also consists of muslim and western food.

The breakfast set consists of 2 sunny side-up, 2 hotdogs, 2 slices toasts and a kopi/teh of your choice!

I'd say the breakfast is really appetizing and the iced teh-o is very nice too!

I give this cafe a 8.5/10! A definite must try!

FOOD REVIEWS: LONG SEN HOKKIEN PRAWN MEE AT BUKIT GOMBAK

Hi there!

Today I'm going to review about this hidden gem at Bukit Gombak!

This hokkien mee stall is located in a coffeeshop which is a stone throw away from the MRT!

I've been patronizing coffeeshops for meals instead of going to cafes which are more expensive... Having my lunch or dinners at the coffeeshop is a cheaper alternative as I'm trying to tighten my purse-string...

Back to the food, this hokkien mee is cooked al dente. And the sambal chilli add a tangy sweetness to the noodles!

It costs $5 per plate which is considered very affordable.

It is the best hokkien mee I've tried so far in the west of Singapore.

This coffeeshop also house famous stalls selling claypot congee and prawn noodles soup!

I give their hokkien mee a 8.5/10! A definite must try!!!

Hi there!

Look which shampoo came out top in my poll of best shampoo I've been trying out!!

It's none other than Pantene silky smooth care shampoo!

This product is from P&G and it retails at less than $10 at Venus beauty.

Somebody recommended and gave it to me to try. And I really love it!

Hair looks and feels soft and smooth after usage but without over drying!

Although the content of this shampoo is milky, it does not cause greasiness to the scalp. And I do not notice a lot of hair falls which is awesome!

I give this product a 9/10! I really recommend it to all women who desires healthy silky hair without causing a hole in the pocket!

FOOD REVIEWS: WAN XING NASI LEMAK AT ALBERT CENTRE MARKET AND FOOD CENTRE

Hi there!

Today I want to review about this nasi lemak stall at Bugis!

This stall has been around for quite some time in Singapore, although I'm not sure exactly when it's established (can check with the boss).

They offered a variety of choices of nasi lemak in different sets. Love love love the set that includes chicken wings and kuning fish.

They have recently renovated their stall and change up their menu abit. And they have also change their coconut rice to blue pea rice which I personally like too...

It's affordable and service is good(lesser queueing time).

I give it a 8.5/10. Best nasi lemak in town!

Hi there!

Today I want to reccommend this Indian Muslim restaurant tucked away in the HDB dwellings of Choa Chu Kang!

Their nasi briyani comes with a piece of chicken and side dishes of cabbages, a hard-boiled egg and a papadum.

The rice is served piping hot and really liked that the curry is not very spicy.

The nasi briyani costs $7.50 per plate which is quite affordable.

And did I mentioned the roti prata there is really good too!?

If you enjoyed Banana Leaf, you will enjoy NKS restaurant too!

Hi there!

Today I want to review about this braised duck rice stall at Bukit Panjang Bus Interchange!

They used to operate at Choa Chu Kang MRT Station NTUC Foodfare but has now moved to Bukit Panjang!

Established at 1961, they started off with running a small stall selling duck rice in Sembawang.

This braised duck rice stall is the best I've tried so far and their specialty braised duck rice is selling for $5 a packet.

The packet of duck rice comes with peanuts, pickles, egg and beancurds! So worth it and did I mention the sambal chilli is really good too!

Hi there!

Today I wanna review about this roasted chicken rice stall which I frequent often at Ang Mo Kio.

The chicken is soft and tender. The roasted chicken skin is crispy and the rice is fragrant.

The ginger and chilli is damn shiok and you can ask for the delicious chicken broth.

It costs like $5 per pax which is still reasonable.

I give this chicken rice stall a 8.5/10. So do hop on down to try this best chicken rice in town at AMK! A definite must try!

BEAUTY REVIEWS: ANESSA PERFECT UV SUNSCREEN SKINCARE MILK 20ML

Hi there!

Today I want to review about this sunscreen which I bought at Welcia-BHG for $13.50 at a 15% discount!

It is by far the best sunscreen I've used so far as it is lightweight and non-greasy.

It also come in a compact bottle and you don't have to worry about it expiring as it's only 20ml...

Also do remember to shake it well before application and avoid the eye area as it stings the eye if you do and it's hard to rub it off...

I haven't tried the Canmake and The Body Shop one, but I give this product a 8/10! Do give this a try if you looking for good suncreen!
