BEAUTY REVIEWS: DOVE WHITE BEAUTY BAR

Hi there! Today I'm gonna review about this beauty product, which is the Dove white beauty bar from Unilever!

Unilever has plenty of good products and this is one of them! I was looking for a cheaper alternative for showering other than using shower gels which are more expensive! Then I stumbled across the perfect product on Chick Advisor which has many good reviews about it.

This product costs around $3 for 4 bars which is considered cheap and good to use! It provides an okay lathering and the smell is not overpowering. You can buy it online or it retails at Venus Beauty in SG...

I will say this is a good alternative and I'll definitely used it in the long run! Will surely reccommend it to everyone I know.

Today I'm gonna talk about my updated beauty routine for November 2019 with my readers! 

Firstly, in the morning at 9am-10am, I will wake up and wash my face and tone. 

And at 2pm in the afternoon, I will cleanse and tone again and apply a sheet mask...

I do this once a week...

And at 6pm in the evening, I will wash and tone, and apply some serum before applying moisturizer and I can rest early for the day!

HOW TO MAKE MACARONI AND CHEESE

Ingredients:

2 cups Elbow macaroni

Cheddar cheese

Evaporated milk

Salt and black pepper

2 cups water

Directions:

- Add macaroni, water and salt in the rice cooker and cooked for 30 minutes

- Add milk, cheese and pepper to the cooked macaroni

- Cooked for another 15 minutes until cheese melted

- Stir and mixed well

- Served

NEWS FLASH: F(X) SULLI'S COMMITTED SUICIDE

Some quick news for you. Following the tragic death of Shinee's Lee Jong Hyun, another SM Entertainment member - F(x) Sulli was found dead in her home on 14 October 2019 at the aged of 25. 

With the pressure to earn money in the competitive Kpop world, korean stars are under a lot of stress and they usually succumbed to depression and take their own live. The caused of her death is still unknown.

I sure hope the authority would look into this matter and help all these Kpop stars who are under a lot of pressure.

Lets hope Sulli's soul will be put to rest for eternity... RIP Sulli...

SELF-ESTEEM VS NARCISSISM

Hi there!

Today I'm gonna talk about Self Esteem VS Narcissism. What are the differences between these two? You can also call it being CONFIDENT OR INSECURE...

Confident people are naturally outgoing, chatty and fun-loving. While Insecure people are mostly introvert and quiet... I lean more to the insecure side. I love reading and studying while confident people likes spending time with people. I am considered to be the more-serious child... My question is is it okay to be insecure? Will you come off as proud, arrogant or negative?

I am pretty confident about my looks, hair, skin and figure but hides my other flaws to outside people... We love being with people who understands us, like my sister and mother but avoid people who gives us stress... How do you train yourself to be confident? Visiting a psychiatrist will be a good way to help you learn and grow everyday.

Here are some words that helps to explain what loving yourself is all about...

Your purpose in life is not to love yourself but to love being yourself. 

If your goal is to love yourself, then your focus is directed inward toward yourself, and you end up constantly watching yourself from the outside, disconnected, trying to summon the correct feelings toward yourself or fashion yourself into something you can approve of.

If your goal is to love being yourself, then your focus is directed outward towards life, on living and making decisions based on what brings you pleasure and fulfillment.

Be the subject, not the object. It doesn't matter what you think of yourself. You are experiencing life. Life is not experiencing you. 

I think everyone should take some time to fall in love with themselves... Like finding out how you liked to be loved, what you truly love to do, your favourite scents, your favourite song, your favourite food, your least favourite food, your pet peeves, your bad habits, your good qualities and everything you thought you never need to discover... Get to know yourself and then fall in love with yourself.. You need to love yourself before people can love you...

With so many instagrammers looking beautiful and taking beautiful pictures on social media who is deemed as being narcissistic or vain, it is good to stop and smell the roses once in a while to develop good thoughts and practices. Whatever it is, I hope everyone stay hard working, happy, driven and motivated everyday as we keep learning and growing together! Ciao!
