7 SUNDAY HABITS~


Hi there!

Today I am gonna teach you 7 sunday habits for you to prepare for the week ahead!

  • HAVE A SLOW MORNING - Don't rush to get out of bed and, when you do, make yourself your favourite breakfast and check interesting things on social media whilst lying in the comfort of your bed.
  • WRITE A TO-DO-LIST FOR THE WEEK - If you're feeling overwhelmed, this will give you a clear vision of what's to come. And you don't have to be depressed coz you can't remember everything just with your brain!
  • SCHEDULE THINGS IN YOUR PLANNER - After writing your to-do-list, grab your planner and write down important dates. In this way you'll never miss an important appointment!
  • MEAL PREP - It will save you time, stress and money and you'll thank your past self for that awesome idea on planning what yummy healthy food to eat in advance! You can also opt for take-away or food delivery to save time!
  • PLAN YOUR OUTFITS - Again, it will save you time and worries in the morning. Plus, can you say no to those extra minutes in bed? You will look good and confident for the day ahead!
  • MAKE TIME FOR SELF-CARE - Sunday is the perfect day to schedule in some time for yourself and reset for the week. Rest well and get ready to go!
  • GO TO BED EARLY - It's important to have a good night sleep so you can have enough energy to tackle the week ahead. It's not good for you to feel sleepy at work and when your boss is around! Lol.
