FOOD FACTS: CHOCOLATES


Hi there!

Today I wanna chat about the health benefits of eating chocolates! I usually eat chocolates to curb my hunger pangs. Eating chocolates also makes me feel happy... My favourite type of chocolates are Cadbury chocolates, kit kat and ferrero rochers! I usually received chocolates from anonymous person which makes me happy lol. Below are other health benefits of eating chocolates once in a while!

  • Lowers blood pressure. Chocolates helps relax blood vessels therefore reducing blood pressure and the risks of heart disease.
  • Improves blood circulations.
  • Enhances cognitive function. It improves blood flow to the brain boosting cognitive function, memory and attention span.
  • Boost moods. Chocolates contain serotonin and dopamine which help regulate mood and reduce stress.
  • Relieves stress and anxiety.
  • Chocolates are rich in antioxidant.
  • It can help reduce inflammation
  • May aid in weight management
