Ingredients:
Chicken wings
All-purpose flour
Starch flour
Grapeseed oil
Mustard
Oyster sauce
Brown sugar
Vinegar
Red chillies - sliced
Nuts (optional)
Directions:
- Make a batter for both flour combined together using water
- Dip chicken wings into batter and fry til golden brown using grapeseed oil
- Strained and put aside
- Prepare the sauce
- Add oyster sauce, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and chillies
- Fry chicken wings and covered it in sauce
- Decorate with peanuts and served
