6 MENTAL HEALTH CHECK-IN TO NOTE~

AFFIRMATIONS YOU NEED FOR THE WEEK:

1. You Are Loved - Whenever you feel lonely or down, think about your family and know that they are always here  for you.

2. You Will Get Through This - Whenever you feel like giving up, just know that with some perseverance you will succeed in no time

3. Your Feelings Are Valid -  Whenever you feel like a failure and you know you shouldn't feel this way, just know that it's ok to be sad or negative sometimes.

4. It's Okay To Feel Sad - Whenever you feel sad, go for exercise or take a stroll in the park and be close to nature and you will better in no time!

5. Everything Will Be Okay - If you are feeling unmotivated, just take out your gratitude journal and note down things that you can be grateful for and you will feel fine in the end!

6. You Are Bigger Than What Is Making You Anxious - It's ok to be anxious sometimes... Just don't let your anxiety get in the way of leading happy and fulfilled life!
