8 POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS FOR MYSELF

 


  1. BE BUBBLY - Making the people around me happy and satisfied. And that makes me feel happy too!
  2. MAKE EFFORT - Learning to be hardworking and do stuff for people and myself everyday...
  3. BE ACTIVE - Be bubby and make effort to go the extra miles to keep myself and others happy and healthy!
  4. GET OVER ALL MY FEARS - Learning to be strong and cope with my anxieties.
  5. GO SWIMMING REGULARLY - I used to love swimming but can't find the time nowadays... Gotta do some time management and find time to do so!
  6. BE THRIFTY - Learning to scrimp and save on whatever I can!
  7. EAT HEATHILY - Lesser potato chips, food with MSG and fried food... More leafy greens and fruits!
  8. EXERCISE MORE - I love yoga and jogging! Gotta get my ass movin'!
