THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU'RE YOUNG

  1. Speak up - Seeking advice doesn't reveal incompetence. It reflects respect for another person's insight. Requesting feedback doesn't signal insecurity, it demonstrate that you care more about your learning than your ego. Asking for help doesn't display weakness, it builds strength.
  2. Take chances - Must be hardworking and have a unique perspectives. The more you experiment, take risks and make mistakes, the better you will know the world. Without risk, there is no rewards and no change, knowing you could fail. If we fail, we get right up and try again.
  3. Learn from experiences - Your goal is to gain experience, perspective and knowledge. There is a silver lining in everything. Never stop there, it's always a work in progress. Failures give you experiences.
  4. Don't make stupid decisions - You have to have enough confidence and conviction to go full force even if things don't work out. There is a solution to everything, it's all a matter of perspective and how willing we're to be flexible when it comes to our point of view.
