Today I'm going teach you how to get a good night sleep to fight fatigue and make you feel more rejuvenated,
- Switch your phone to airplane mode 1 hour before sleep. Place it away from you.
- Spray pillow mist on your pillow case
- Change your pillow case to satin one which can help to fight wrinkles and hair loss
- Take some melatonin pills before sleep
- Do some light exercise before sleep. ie. 20x Sit ups, legs raise in cycling motion for 2 mins, superman plank position for 2 mins and back legs raise for 10x on each leg
- Change your mattress every 10 years to improve poor posture
- Light some scented candles
- Put on some nice pajama
You can also practice healthy sleeping habits by sticking to a sleep schedule, limit daytime naps to 30 minutes, not exercising too late in the day and avoid anything that could mess with your ability to fall asleep. Good sleep can improves your cognitive performance. Sleep deprivation can also weaken your immune system and increase health risks...
And to minimize morning anxiety, you can try to avoid snoozing your alarm, prepare outfits or lunch the night before, consider eliminating caffeine from your diet, start the day with deep breathing, stay mindful during morning activities, identify negative thoughts and counter them, write down your morning thoughts as they happen.
