- Wash your pillow cases every week
- Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night
- Wash your face at least 2 times a day
- Drink water and green tea to detox
- Don't exfoliate too often. 2-3 times a week is enough
- Don't pop your pimples. Use a spot treatment or tea tree oil
- Using a spin brush to help your cleanser work into your skin is more effective than using your fingers
- Use a mask 2x a week. This will help with your problem areas
- Moisturize in the winter time and summer time
- Don't overuse products because it can dry out your skin
- Try using natural products. I.e. Aloe vera, honey, rose water etc
- Use sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays
