CLEAR SKIN TIPS FOR TEEN GIRLS

 

  • Wash your pillow cases every week
  • Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night
  • Wash your face at least 2 times a day
  • Drink water and green tea to detox
  • Don't exfoliate too often. 2-3 times a week is enough
  • Don't pop your pimples. Use a spot treatment or tea tree oil
  • Using a spin brush to help your cleanser work into your skin is more effective than using your fingers
  • Use a mask 2x a week. This will help with your problem areas
  • Moisturize in the winter time and summer time
  • Don't overuse products because it can dry out your skin
  •  Try using natural products. I.e. Aloe vera, honey, rose water etc
  • Use sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays
