MY 1-WEEK DIET MEAL PLAN~

 


MONDAY:
Breakfast - Honey cheese toast with coffee
Lunch - Fish soup w/o rice
Dinner - Poached lemon chicken with coleslaw

TUESDAY:
Breakfast - Apples and strawberries
Lunch - Ceaser salad w/o dressing
Dinner - Spaghetti bolognese

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast - Chicken porridge
Lunch - Tuna sandwich
Dinner - Soya beancurd and kuehs

THURSDAY:
Breakfast - Chocolate swiss roll with chamomile tea
Lunch - Chicken mushroom claypot rice
Dinner - Hamburger with diet coke

FRIDAY:
Breakfast - Pancakes with maple syrup
Lunch - Yakiniku beef bento
Dinner - Bittergourd soup with rice

SATURDAY:
Breakfast - Soda biscuits with milo
Lunch - Bow pasta salad with 2 hard-boiled eggs
Dinner - Black pepper steak with (1 scoop) vanilla ice-cream

SUNDAY:
Breakfast - Yogurt with fruits
Lunch - Curry puff with Lipton tea
Dinner - Fried rice

1. Decaffeinated & low fat coffee
2. Korean strawberries
3. Oats with blueberries
4. Wholegrain bread with cream cheese spread
