1. Take Actions
Instead of thinking, wishing and dreaming, start taking actions. Actions done consistently become a habit. Small incremental improvements create strenght and mastery.
How you do one thing is how you do everything.
Change your pattern in one area of life and you will see that it create a ripple effect that flows into the other areas of life.
Change your pattern from being unmotivated to motivated, from inactive to proactive, from unproductive to productive, and from mediocre to excellent.
2. Make friends with pain
Strength can only be built in discomfort. Skills can only be gained when we do something we're unfamiliar with over and over.
If you can build patience and learn to see pain as a challenge to positively overcome, you can get through anything in life.
Your personal degree of pain tolerance enables you to remain happy despite your discomfort.
3. Beware of your thoughts and your beliefs
Your beliefs influence your thoughts. Your thoughts influence your feelings and emotions. Your feelings and emotions influence your actions.
If you have a limiting belief in one area of life, your cognitive biases will lead you to find things that reinforce that belief, making it hard to believe that you can achieve something when you believe that you can.
Your limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns make you unintentionally self-sabotage and become your own worst enemy.
4. Put yourself in the right environment
Right is subjective. But you know what's right for you and for what you want in your life.
Surround yourself with the right people. Put yourself in the kind of environment that brings out the best in you, inspires you, fuels you, and helps you live life in alignment with your core values.
Our surrounding subconsciously influences us, our thoughts, mindset and beliefs because the majority of our learning happens on a subconscious level.
5. Be the master of your own mind
All of the mentioned above are part of understanding how your mind works and use that understanding to manipulate it.
When you can control the patterns that you form and how you accustomed to anything you're accustomed to now, you can truly design the life you want.
